SKY SIC-PHARMA

A pharmaceutical field operations platform for managing medical delegates, visit workflows, and sales performance across multiple laboratories. Seven distinct user roles (PDG, DV, DAF, DR, DM, Superviseur, Délégué) each get a tailored interface with strict data isolation by laboratory and geography. Includes real-time GPS tracking, AI-powered product Q&A, voice transcription, and visual aid generation.

Delegate Dashboard — Daily mission control

The delegate's home screen shows today's objectives, active workday timer, and the daily visit list. The delegate starts/ends their workday here, sees their personal KPIs, and launches visits directly.

Visit Execution — CRM wizard

When a delegate taps "Execute visit", a multi-step wizard opens adapted to the visit type (prescriber vs pharmacy). Includes stamp photo capture via camera, product selection, samples, activities, DPAV orders, remarks, and next visit planning.

Objectives & DPAV — Targets and deposits

The Objectives tab shows the delegate's personal goals (daily/weekly/monthly) set by their lab. The DPAV page tracks product deposits with status, amounts, and expected payment dates.

DR/DM Management — Validation & oversight

Directors and District Managers see all visits across their assigned labs, validate or refuse planned visits, and manage products. Strict isolation: they only see labs they're assigned to.

Admin — Users, Labs & Geography

Assumptions

  • Users are created by the PDG only (signup disabled); delegates log in with magic link emails.
  • Laboratories listed (Impact Healthcare, TIL Healthcare, Cimpro Healthcare, Oxford, Eipico, SDI, Camed Generic, Tongmei, Orchidée) are seeded as sample data and can be managed via CRUD.
  • The CRM checklist (pharmacy availability / prescriber analysis grid) is stored as structured responses per visit, powering the KPI dashboards.
  • Voice transcription uses the browser's MediaRecorder API to capture audio, sent to OpenAI Whisper for transcription.

Not included

  • Extranet auto-login to wholesaler platforms (Ubipharm, Tedis, Laborex) — requires storing third-party credentials and scraping external sites, which is out of scope for this MVP.
  • Laboratory client portal (separate login for labs to manage their products) — deferred to a follow-up iteration.
  • Automated notifications at 7h/9h for non-started workdays — requires scheduled jobs, planned for a future release.
  • PDF/Excel report generation — deferred; data is viewable on-screen with CSV export.
  • Competitive analysis module — requires external data sources not yet available.
